How To Use

✅ As a curry: Make a thick runny paste with your spices and water. Pour the paste into a pan of heated sautéed onion, garlic and ginger. Tip, for a richer sauce, add chopped tomatoes and/or coconut milk.
✅ As a marinade: sprinkle on spices and rub with oil, onto your ingredients and grill.
