How to!
Create the perfect base:
Fry 1 finely chopped onion, 4 garlic cloves, and 2 inches of grated ginger in a light cooking oil for 3–4 minutes until soft and aromatic.
Alternatively, soak the Bang! Onion, Garlic & Ginger blend in 100ml of tepid water for 5 minutes, then gently fry in a flavourless oil until soft, golden, and aromatic. Now available to purchase in a 500g pouch, ready to pair with any Bang! spice blend.
Mix 2 tbsp Warm Moghul spices with 50ml of water into a runny paste, add to the pan and heat gently until the oils release. Stir in 200ml of chopped tomatoes and cook until the oils separate. Add your choice of meat, veg or fish and simmer until cooked — add splashes of water if needed.
