Where does BANG! Curry deliver?
BANG! Curry delivers to all addresses within the UK! For international delivery, head to our Amazon store.
Delivery policy:
All orders placed before 12:00pm are dispatched same day via 48-hours tracked delivery.
Standard shipping is £3.99. All orders above £25 are qualified for FREE shipping.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.
Return policy:
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you can return purchased products. You can initiate a return within fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the final goods. Gift vouchers and sale items are excluded from the right of cancellation and return. The right of return does not apply to unsealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. Neither does the right of cancellation apply to goods in sealed packaging if the seal has been opened or removed after delivery.
In order to exercise your right of return, please contact us via help@bangcurry.com. After receiving a confirmation of acceptance of return from Bang Curry LTD, please post products you wish to return to the following address: Bang Curry LTD, Groundworks, 114 Power Road, London W4 5PY. Please note that you’ll have to pay for postage yourself. Your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive products back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You may also be entitled to a refund or compensation if you are returning bought products because of something we have done, such as: (a) we have told you about an upcoming change to the product which you do not agree to; (b) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed; (c) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control; (d) we have had to suspend supply of the products; or (e) you have a legal right to do so because products are fault or not as described.
