Ingredients
Bang Base
- Onion, garlic and ginger mix – 15g
- Classic Bangla spice – 20g
- Splash of oil
Protein/Veg
- Mince meat - 750 grams
- Onion finely chopped - 1 large
- Fresh Coriander and Mint leaves- a bunch
- Some chillies (optional)
- Breadcrumbs (optional)
- Salt to taste
Dressing
- Pomegranate seeds
- Natural Yoghurt
- Fresh Lemon
Recipe
Step 1
Make the Mix
Combine the mince, onion garlic and ginger mix, Tikka Bang spice, chopped onion, coriander, mint and chillies in a bowl. Add a splash of oil and season with salt. Mix well until fully combined. Add breadcrumbs if the mixture needs binding.
Step 2
Cook!
Spread the mixture evenly across your tortillas.
Place flat-side down onto a hot pan or grill and cook until the meat is golden and cooked through!
Step 3
Finish & Serve
Scatter with pomegranate seeds, drizzle with natural yoghurt and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Serve!
