A street food staple with serious menu appeal.These Tikka Kebabs deliver bold spice, charred flavour and a juicy texture, offering consistency, versatility and reliable performance across grills, ovens and high-volume service.

Ingredients

  • Onion, garlic and ginger mix – 15g
  • Bang's Tikka Masala spice – 20g
  • Minced meat – 650g
  • Fresh coriander (finely chopped)– 75g
  • Fresh Chillies (finely chopped) - optional
  • Oil to brush kebabs

Recipe

Step 1

Prep the base
Soak the onion, garlic and ginger mix in tepid water for 5 min.

Step 2

Build the mixture
In a mixing bowl, add the mince meat, Tikka spices. the prepared base of onion, garlic and ginger mix, coriander and chillies. 

Mix evenly and work onto skewers into long kebab shapes. 

Step 3

Grill or BBQ

Brush kebabs with a little oil and grill or oven bake for 20-25 min. 

Chef's Tip:
For extra depth, lightly char the chicken before adding to the sauce.
