Meet the burger that traveled the world…
Burgers originated from US and Germany — simple, quick, satisfying. We gave it a Bang Curry twist - bold spices, aromatic masalas, and flavours that pack a punch in every bite.

- Tikka Bang spice – 20g
- ¼ cup of breadcrumbs (optional)
- splash of oil

Recipe
Step 1
Make the batter
Combine lamb/beef mince with onion, ginger and garlic mix, Tikka Bang spice, chopped onion and coriander and a drizzle of oil.
Add breadcrumbs if needed, for extra binding.

Pan-fry in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, turning once until well-coloured and cooked through.
You can also grill, bake in the oven, or cook the pattie in the air fryer until heated through and cooked to perfection.

Season yoghurt with salt and pepper.
Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato and coriander.
Use to dress buns and assemble burgers with salad.
