Recipe
Step 1
Make the batter
Combine lamb/beef mince with onion, ginger and garlic mix, Tikka Bang spice, chopped onion and coriander and a drizzle of oil.
Add breadcrumbs if needed, for extra binding.
Mix until uniform.
Step 2
Fry!
Pan-fry in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, turning once until well-coloured and cooked through.
You can also grill, bake in the oven, or cook the pattie in the air fryer until heated through and cooked to perfection.
Step 3
3- Make the yoghurt dip (Raita) - optional
Season yoghurt with salt and pepper.
Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato and coriander.
Use to dress buns and assemble burgers with salad.
Tip:
Chill patties 10 - 15 minutes before cooking for better colour and shape
