Recipe
Step 1
Curry Sauce
Soak the onion, garlic and ginger mix in 100ml tepid water for 5 min. Gently fry with a flavourless oil on a low heat until soft, golden and aromatic.
Step 2
Spice it up and Cook the Chicken
Mix the Warm Moghul spices 50ml water to form a runny paste and pour into the pan with the onion base. Heat gently until the spices release their oils, then add the chicken pieces. Increase to a high heat to seal the chicken for a few minutes, then reduce and cook through until done.
Step 3
Bring it all together
Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers and carrots to the sauce and cook until just tender. Return the chicken, add the cooked noodles and toss everything together. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
