These Spicy Keema Kebabs will bring the taste of Brick Lane to any kitchen - simple, juicy and full of flavour!

Step 1
Soak it!
Using our quick and easy Onion, Garlic and Ginger mix –
Soak the mix in a bowl with 100ml of water. Stir and leave to rehydrate.
In a large bowl, combine BANG!’s spices with 50ml of water. Blend into a smooth, thick paste.
Chop the chilli and coriander to preference and set aside.
If you prefer fresh –
Peel and chop 2 inches of fresh ginger, 5 cloves of garlic and one small onion, then move onto step 2.
Step 2
Spice it!
Add the minced lamb and rehydrated onion, garlic and ginger to the spice blend and mix thoroughly to combine. The mixture should become homogenous, and spice should be evenly distributed.
Add in the chilli and coriander and mix through to combine.
Step 3
Make it yours!
Cook one of three ways – in the air fryer, using the grill setting on your oven or, if the weather is on your side, cook on the BBQ!
