  • Oil – a splash

  • 1/2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • Generous Dash of Cream or Natural Yoghurt

Recipe

Step 1

Soak it!

Using our quick and easy Onion, Garlic and Ginger mix –

Soak the mix in a bowl with 100ml of water. Stir and leave to rehydrate.

If using beef mince, shape into meatballs of equal size and set aside for later.

If you prefer fresh –

Peel and chop 2 inches of fresh ginger, 5 cloves of garlic and one small onion, then move onto step 2.

Step 2

Spice it!

In a bowl, combine BANG!’s spices with 50ml of water. Blend into a smooth, thick paste.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and gently fry the onion mixture until fragrant. Add in the spice mixture continue to cook until you see oils emerging from the sauce.

Step 3

Make it yours!

In a separate frying pan, lightly fry your meatballs to seal the surfaces. Then, add the meatballs to the curry sauce and raise the heat for about 3 minutes. Add the canned tomatoes and lower the heat, allowing the curry to simmer until fully cooked, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Add a generous helping of natural yogurt or cream in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Serve, and enjoy!
