A must have for all BBQ lovers, these spicy chicken skewers bring a taste of the summertime to any meal!
Ingredients (serves 4)
Curry Sauce
- Onion garlic and ginger mix – 15g
- Bang's Tikka/Classic Bangla spice – 20g
- Chopped tomatoes – 200g/ml
- Oil – a splash
Protein/Veg
- 600 - 850g Chicken or Meat Free Alternative
- 3 Large Bell Peppers
- 2 Large Red Onions
- Olive Oil
- Oven-Safe Cooking Skewers
Recipe
Step 1
Soak it!
In a small bowl, combine BANG!’s spices with 50ml of water. Blend into a smooth, thick paste.
Dice the chicken (or alternative) into cubes and place into a bowl.
Cube the red onion and peppers into similar sizes and set aside.
Step 2
Spice it!
Add the spice blend, alongside a drizzle of cooking oil, to the chicken skewers and mix to combine. Make sure each piece is completely coated in the mixture.
Step 3
Make it yours!
Place the diced chicken and chopped vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
Place onto an oven safe tray and bake until cooked through or, if the weather’s on your side, cook on the BBQ for an authentic, chargrilled flavour!
