Quick, simple and healthy, Dahl is both a weeknight saviour and a winter warmer. Our warm spice blend combined with hearty lentils will leave you wanting more each time!

Step 1
Soak your pack of BANG! lentils in a large saucepan with 500ml of water for 10 minutes.
Afterwards, bring to boil, alongside your tomatoes for a richer flavour, and simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes or until thickened.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the BANG! spices with up to 50ml of water and blend to a smooth, thick paste.
Pour the spice paste into the frying pan alongside your onion and garlic. Continue to fry for about 30 seconds, stirring frequently to avoid sticking.
Add to the lentil mixture and stir to combine, ensuring the mixture is fully warmed through.
Garnish with coriander or natural yoghurt. Serve and enjoy!
