This spicy Keema Kebab recipe is inspired by Brick Lane and is so easy to make and full of juicy flavour.

Ingredients
500g-750g of minced lamb or a plant based alternative (e.g. minced soya)
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 inches of fresh ginger
chopped fresh herbs : coriander/mint work really well
Tamarind chutney (simply blend the below ingredients with a blender)
150 ml natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon of tamarind paste
salt to taste
a small handful of coriander
3 x fresh chillies
Directions
š„ STEP 1
- Finely chop the onion and finely grate the garlic and ginger.
- In a large bowl mix with the lamb or plant-based alternative with chopped herbs and a splash of oil.

- Combine BANG!'s spices to your bowl of ingredients. Using small balls of the spiced mince, use skewers to mould into roughly 10-12 kebabs.

Fry the kebabs using a brush of oil on a hot griddle or grill until cooked.
š„TAMARIND CHUTNEY
Blend the below ingredients, and add salt to taste.
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of tamarind paste
- a small handful of coriander
- fresh chillies
