2 blocks of paneer (readily available in supermarkets) -cm cubed
1/2 can of tinned tomatoes
Optional: coriander for garnishing
Directions
- 🔥 STEP 1: In a bowl, soak the onion base with 100ml water. Leave it for 1min.
- Keep on low heat for approximately 4 minutes until the mixture turns translucent.
- 🍃 Top tip: if you find the mixture sticking to the pan, add a splash of water.
- 🔥 STEP 2
- In a bowl, combine BANG!'s Tikka Masala Curry Kit with 50ml of water. Blend into a smooth, thick paste. Pour the paste into the pan and continue on a low heat for approximately 4 minutes. This will magically turn into your curry sauce! Dice the tomato and add to the sauce.
- 🍃 Look out for oils emerging from the mixture, then move onto step 3.
🔥Step3:
- Add the paneer and raise the heat for 1 minute. Stirring constantly.
- Add up to 150ml of hot water, lower the heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Add to the pan - cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes on a low heat.
- 🍃 Uncover and fold the wilted spinach into the curry and it’s ready for you to dig in!
