The Recipe

Just add...

  • A medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 650-900g of your chosen vegetarian ingredient (e.g. cauliflower, chick peas, potatoes, aubergines... the list is endless!)
  1. Step 1: The Prep

    Soften the onions in a saucepan using cooking oil for about 3 minutes on a low hob setting.
  2. Step 2: Curry Base

    Mix the Bang Curry Spice Mix with 150ml of water to make a paste. Add this to the saucepan and continue to heat on a low hob setting. Avoid burning by adding small amounts of water. For richness, add two diced tomatoes - you are almost there. Wait another 2-3 minutes until you see oils emerging from the curry base and move onto step 3.
  3. Step 3: Add Ingredient

    Add your vegetables and stir under a raised heat for 1 minute. Add boiling water to your desired consistency and simmer until cooked.
