Zesty Beet Dip

An exotic combination of beetroot, lemon and pomegranate mixed with a light yoghurt - give your taste buds a pleasant surprise!

  • 2 tablespoons coarsely mashed ripe baby beetroot
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate
  • 250 gm natural or greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • pinch of salt
  1. Spoon 250 gm of yoghurt in a bowl. Add salt and ground cumin.
  2. Swirl in mashed baby beetroot in the mixture.
  3. Garnish with zesty lime and pomegranate and voila!
  4. Try it with warm pita, flatbreads, crackers, or naan breads.
