Top Tip: After prepping the Dahl in step 1, it's the 'tarka' that brings the lentils to life. Tarka is the process of adding the spices to an already cooked dish. The tarka turns the dahl into a magical dish bursting with flavour.

I tried the Dhakka Dhal and loved it, so I went and ordered a few online and obviously they were amazing. It was resteraunt quality! As a vegetarian, i’ve never had such a good lentil curry before - highly recommend to veggies and meat eaters!

The Dahl was brilliant
I made the Dahl from the selection sent. Coming from an Anglo-Indian family I have consumed a great many dahls and I can genuinely say that the one from Bang is up there as one of the nicest Ive ever had (and Im not being paid to say this and this is a 100% genuine review)
