Our mission is to share the traditions of curry making in a quick and easy way, making it accessible to everyone who enjoys this type of cuisine. In the UK this constitutes 9/10 people of whom 3/5 desire to cook it in their own kitchen (Mintel, UK World Cuisines 2022).
Problem
Authentic curry making involves many ingredients, a good understanding of the underlying spices and a variety of time consuming cooking processes. On the other hand, ready-made authentic solutions are wet sauces high in fat, sugar and salt, full of preservatives and are over packaged.
There is no middle ground to give the high growth home cooking sector a convenience product to achieve real curry dishes in their own kitchen.

BANG curry fulfils this un-met need. The range is 100% natural - low in fat, sugar and salt (low HFSS) and born out of years of Bangladeshi family traditions. BANG! Curry delivers a convenient product for the fast growing home-cooking community giving an authentic curry meal. With a cheaper entry price compared to others in the market BANG! Curry gives a substantial 4 person serving, aligning well in today’s economic climate. Our carefully designed packaging also ranks high for sustainability.
