Khulna Bang is perfect for making a Korma or Butter Chicken. An absolute winner for children and those not too fond of chilli. 

For Butter Chicken or a 'Makhani' style curry -  use ghee (clarified butter) in step 1 when sautéing your onions, garlic and ginger. For an extra level of creaminess, add full fat natural yoghurt or cream during the final stages of cooking. 

For a Korma, leave out the tomatoes in step 2 and cook as per instructions, adding full fat natural yoghurt or cream during the final stages of cooking.
