HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Our subscription works on cart level. Simply add to cart all the products you wish to subscribe to and hit the "subscribe" button. After payment you will receive an E-mail asking you to activate your account. The activation takes 5 seconds, you only need to set up your password and the account will be automatically created. If you wish to make changes to your subscription simply log into your account and click on "manage my subscription".

HOW DO I CANCEL?

You can cancel at any time through "manage my subscription" page. Please note: if you wish to cancel your subscription for the coming month you have to do so latest one day before billing date. 

CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION OR SKIP ONE OF MY UPCOMING ORDERS?

Yes, you can do both. You can PAUSE your subscription but also SKIP one of your planned orders from "manage my subscription" page. Please note: any changes to your subscription for the coming month have to be done latest one day before billing date.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! You can REMOVE products, EDIT QUANTITY, CHANGE FREQUENCY from your "manage my subscription" page. Please note: any changes to your subscription for the coming month have to be done latest one day before billing date.

HOW OFTEN DO I RECEIVE MY BOX?

You decide how often you receive your box - choose from every month, every 2 months or 3 months. You can change this later on from your account- "manage my subscription" page. Please note: any changes to your subscription for the coming month have to be done latest one day before billing date.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN ON HOLIDAY OR TRAVELLING?

Log into your account, click on "manage my subscription" and from there you can manage your upcoming orders and skip the ones you wish to. Please note: any changes to your subscription for the coming month have to be done latest one day before billing date.

CAN I ADD NEW PRODUCTS TO MY ALREADY EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION?

Unfortunately not. If you wish to receive new products you have to subscribe to those. You can cancel your previous subscription at any time or you can keep both (old and new) if you like to.
