Shawarma is a popular dish originating from the Middle East. Shawarma is traditionally made with lamb or chicken. It’s commonly served in the form of a wrap, though in some countries you see it served on plates with sides such as seasoned rice or fries, and salads.

Prepare chicken for grilling or the bbq.

Marinate it!


In a bowl, mix

- Your choice of BANG!'s spices

- 50ml oil or 3 tbsp of natural yoghurt

- 2-3 crushed/grated cloves of garlic

- 1 large lemon, finely zested and juiced 

- 2 inches crushed ginger

Coat your ingredients into the marinade and leave for 20 minutes or longer.

Grill it!


BBQ or roast and ENJOY with lashings of salad in a pita or wrap! You can also serve it with rice instead.


Optional: Add tomatoes, pickles and lettuce for a better taste!
