Our Spicy Bangla Lamb Kebabs are bursting with juicy flavour. They’re just the dish for a flavour-packed, low-carb meal and go great with leafy salad and tamarind chutney. Plus, they’ve definitely got a kick – so beware!
1 NAGA BANG Spice Kit
500g-750g of minced lamb or a plant based alternative (e.g. minced soya)
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 inches of fresh ginger
chopped fresh herbs : coriander/mint work really well
Tamarind chutney (simply blend the below ingredients with a blender):
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of tamarind paste
- a small handful of coriander
- salt to taste
NOW FOLLOW OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP PROCESS
STEP 1: CHOP IT
Finely chop the onion and finely grate the garlic and ginger.
In a large bowl mix with the lamb or plant based alternative with chopped herbs and a splash of oil.
STEP 2: SPICE IT
Combine BANG!'s spices to your bowl of ingredients. Using small balls of the spiced mince, use skewers to mould into roughly 10-12 kebabs.
STEP 3: MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Fry the kebabs using a brush of oil on a hot griddle or grill until cooked.
ENJOY with an abundance of tamarind chutney and salad!
