1x Classic Bangla Spice Kit (this recipe works with most of our kits)
Chicken or meat free alternative
Courgette
bell peppers
red onion
Optional: Chutney
Olive oil
Directions
Chop it!
Cube the chicken, courgettes, peppers and red onion into similar sizes.
Marinate it!
Lightly splash the ingredients with olive oil and sprinkle BANG curry spices in abundance.
Rub spices and oil into the surface of the chicken pieces and other ingredients.
Leave overnight for best results or 30min to an hour.
After that, arrange chicken and vegetables onto skewers. This is the fun part - make your skewers colourful!
Grill it!
BBQ or roast and ENJOY with lashings of salad and chutneys.
