Ingredients

1 X Classic Bangla Kit
500g of your choice of mince (meat or plant based)
1 small onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 inches of ginger
Handful of chopped coriander
Directions
Chop it!
Finely chop the onion and finely grate the garlic and ginger. Add this into a large mixing bowl along with 500g of mince and a handful of finely chopped Coriander
Spice it!
Add the contents of your BANG! Curry spice kit before mixing together with the rest of the ingredients. Work the mixture into 4 medium sized patties and sprinkle with oil to prevent sticking to the BBQ grill.
Grill it!
Carefully place on your grill or BBQ and cook until done. Enjoy with lashings of salad and chutney.
